Everyone else charges by the head. We charge by the project — because your crew showing up is the point, not the bill.
For crew, and for your first job on Cinefolder.
For the person who books the job and carries the money.
Add the whole call sheet. Add them again next job. Collaborators are free on both plans, without limit — a first AD who opens a call sheet is not a seat to be sold, and we're never going to price the shoot by how many people are on it.
No — and they never will. Anyone you invite gets the mood board, shot list and call sheet free, on unlimited projects. Only the person who owns the project pays, and only once they're running more than one.
Not yet — we're still building it. Everything is free in the meantime, and anyone using Cinefolder before billing switches on keeps their pricing.
They stay. Archived projects remain readable on the free plan — your budgets and call sheets are your record, and we're not holding them hostage. The limit is on how many jobs you run at once.
No. Money is owner-only, enforced in the database rather than hidden in the interface. Share a project with your whole crew and the budget simply isn't there for them.
No clock. You shoot when you shoot — a trial that runs out between jobs is useless. One project, free, for as long as you want it.
Free forever for one project. Your crew always free.
